Macros

Ingredients:

 


  • 6 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fruit of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Nut butter
  • add chocolate chips if you can fit it in your macros (not included in macro count)

Method:

 


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Spread yogurt in an even layer over the entire surface of the pan.
  3. Evenly sprinkle fruit over the surface of the yogurt mixture. Press down slightly to make sure the fruit freezes into the bark.
  4. Drizzle nut butter over fruit
  5. Place sheet pan in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  6. When the bark is fully frozen, break into pieces. Keep frozen until ready to serve

Have fun with this! Play around with different fruit combos, add whole nuts, and maybe even some dark chocolate chips for a little sweet treat!
