Cream of Rice and Eggs

Ingredients:

 


  • 100 g of Egg Whites
  • 1 cup of Spinach
  • 30 g of Cream of Rice Cereal

Method:

 


  1. In a pan on medium heat, cook egg whites with spinach until no longer translucent.
  2. In a small bowl, place serving of cream of rice and enough water to cover the cream of rice.  Mix well and place in microwave for 30secs.  Remove from microwave and stir.  You may need to add more water as this time.  Place back in microwave and heat for 30 more secs.  Then remove and add more water until desired consistency is reached.  Season to taste as desired. Add berries for more fun flavors (not included in macro amounts).
