Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of fruit of choice
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 8 oz of water
  • 2 cups of ice 

Method:


  1. Put 8 oz of water, and 2 cups of ice into a blender.
  2. Add fruit of choice, and protein powder to the blender.
  3. Blend until texture is smooth.
